Tuesday they called and said our set did not get on the truck and was not available for pick up.
On Friday they AGAIN told us it didn’t make the truck. We were told It would be available Tuesday. Very frustrating when they advertise delivery in 3 days or less.

Just not a good place to shop. took my money and never delivered my stuff no calls no nothing for almost 2 weeks. I'm sure other have had good luck there just not me I guess.

They said we could pick it up on Friday after Thanksgiving. Disappointed - We waited.
When we finally were able to pick up the furniture and put it together, one of the end tables legs is uneven causing the table to rock.
Good quality furniture. Helpful staff. Just expect to be pounced on as soon as you walk in. This is not the kind of store you can browse around on your own. But the staff is respectful and has not pressure any time I have gone in.

Raymour & Flanagan promised we could PICK UP the set on Tuesday.
Very nice furniture but just remember the saying "you get what you pay for" .. Make sure you purchase the protection plan. They have some nice sales people.
My recommendation: shop elsewhere.
