The adjustable power base is an excellent value. Construction is sturdy and it's performance to date has been outstanding. The base is very quiet when adjusting it to various positions. I made the purchase entirely online. The website was user friendly and it was very easy to purchase the base and arrange delivery. The delivery experience was above average. I have not been able to locate the USB plugs on the base but so far that is the only negative.

Marisol Clinton I believe her last name was from the office has Amazing Customer Service! I came into this store upset about a situation I’ve been dealing with for months for my merchandise. I finally decided I couldn’t take all these placing me on hold and supposedly having them contact me back which never happens! so I went to the store very upset & thank God Marisol was there cause she got on the phone with customer care and got what was months worth of problems resolved for me in just a few seconds... I left that store very happy Marisol definitely made my day they need more office staff like her she was Amazing honestly because of her I will be coming back to this Store because of her service Bobs isn’t losing me as a Customer! thanks girl for all your hard work honestly

When I walked into Bob's I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a smile by a delightful young lady who introduced herself a Sarah. She was so pleasant and incredibly helpful. I'm very indecisive and was looking to make a few big purchases. She never pressured me, answered my many, many questions, along with my mother's, and gave me information to compare all the items I was looking at to make the best purchase possible for my needs. Once the choices were made, we scheduled delivery for a week later. Sarah promised to keep an eye out for an earlier delivery time. Within an hour of returning home she texted me with an earlier day. My mother stated at that point how happy she was to have such a nice young lady help us, no pressure, just assistance. I would highly recommend if anyone need to purchase furniture, go to Bob's and MAKE SURE to ask for Sarah, you will not be disappointed!!!
This is a great place for deals & not a pressured type atmosphere!! You can browse at leisure & sales staff isn't lurking on the sales FLOOR waiting too pounce on you!! But readily available when needed! One down fall is the PIT the items aren't delivered bye Bob's! So you must get a truck & have items out with the time bye days end? Or maybe 24 hours!! You must pay before pick up is done!! Means: no despoist may loose your $$ if your not able too get there on time!! Check out all furniture very well from pit!! But remember the items been dinged banged scratched or mildly damaged
I like Bob's discount furniture. I have a bed frame and a accent chair that I will be purchasing soon. Two year's ago I purchased a three piece living room set. And it's still holding up. Bob's discount furniture has nice furniture.
