We had been to all the stores looking for a sectional. We finally took a ride to Pilgrim in Manchester , Very impressed with the furniture and prices. The other big stores all seem to have the same stuff just under different names. Pilgrim was different. They had what we were looking for, no pressure.
When the couch was delivered ( on time and when promised) the 3 gentlemen were polite and caring not to damage the couch or my house. Well 6 months went by and we had a spring come loose and was pressing on the back side soon the damage the couch. I called on a Sunday not expecting any help but I was wrong. A very caring and polite person scheduled for a couple a days from Sunday. When they came out they took the couch apart and fixed it and you can not even tell they had it apart. I am very happy, We will be back. I praise your company to many and will continue to recommend to all. Keep up the AWESOME JOB you are doing and they will come.
My husband and I have been looking for a sofa for an extra room. We gave Pilgrim a try since we never been there and we were blown away. Customer service was excellent. Dave gave us a quick break down of the store and guided us to what we were looking for. We did not feel pressured to buy like we did at Bob's. we looked around and we can tell the furniture was way better quality than what's we've seen. We ended up buying a sofa for our main room and spent way more then we wanted to. And Dave was so helpful and we had a great experience. Will go again!
I stopped in here for the first time last weekend. I was assisted by Dave, and it was an easy process that didn't take long and all.
Material on both our couch and love seat is very cheap. My husbands keys accidentally punctured a hole in the couch after about one year of owning the furniture and we were told it is not covered in our protection plan. Why purchase the protection plan if it doesn't cover accidents?

Had a wonderful experience with our salesman, Jeff. He was very helpful and informative on the product and sales going on in store. He was there when we needed him and wasn’t pushy at all. 100% why I bought from here and will return for future items is because Jeff wasn’t pushy. Can’t wait to get our items in!
I was shown several options within my budget, he was very knowledgeable of each product, and the decision was left up to me without a pushy sales process.
