I had a great experience at Ashley Home furniture!
Luis the manager/salesman is exceptional! I do not write many reviews and I do not give praise lightly. I went into the store looking for a new sectional due to a severe dust mite allergy. What struck me was 100% complete honesty. He genuinely educated me on the pros and cons of each type of fabric. I was all set to buy a close weave where the cushions could be washed. However, he was honest to tell me the only real way to keep out dust mites is to purchase a leather or imitation leather couch. The store might not have the configuration I need. Nonetheless I give the store and the management five plus star! They have a beautiful showroom and if you don’t have restrictions it will be touch trying to decide what to bring home. And very fair prices!!

My experience of buying furniture was beyond exceptional with Alex (store manager) and his team members. Alex and his team were really patient and worked beyond store hours to help us buy everything we needed. I beleive the team stayed over 2 hours to help me with the purchase. At no point, it seemed that they were selling me something I didn't want. Alex grabbed different pieces such as lamps, rugs and paintings from different corners of the store and put it together to help me visualize with the look and feel of my home. I would highly recommend this store and I bet you will have a life experience shopping with this honest, hardworking and customer centric team.

Good customer service. Protection plan covers a lot compared to other furniture stores. Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us find the best sectional to meet all our needs. We will definitely return.
I had been looking for the perfect couch for my living room and found it. I came in and Luis Rosa the manager totally took care of everything for me. I was able to get a great deal on a beautiful couch. I couldn't fit the love seat so he was able to sell the couch separately. I am so thankful!!!
Nick from the beginning had the best interest of the customer. He was very polite and very helpful. He was very mindful of the budget that we had set for purchasing our new couch. He was always honest in his opinions and he did his best to guide us to items that would interest us and anything we didn't care for he didn't push us on. He was very respectable and friendly! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy new furniture!
