I love the store usually, what it carries, and enjoy my time there when I go. 2 days ago I went in and the girl who rang me up was completely rude, not friendly at all, and pretty much scammed me out of using my coupon. She didn't take the time to explain to me if I bought one more item at full price I could have used it and saved $30. To me this was upsetting. Customer service is a huge part of running a store, helping customers and making them feel like there purchase is important is a big deal. This particular girl really rubbed me the wrong way. I was going to go back, but I figured it wasn't worth it. Don't know if I will return to this particular branch after that experience.
Okay. Bit on the pricey side and I did not find the employees attentive, as in they where more instrested in talking to one another than greeting or helping shoppers. I feel bad interrupting them. I would have loved to shop longer but there is no public bathroom no exceptions. Go shop dehydrated! Good selection.
They have great staff, especially this one girl in particular who's name is Allaysia, She's so helpful and courteous at all times. I shop here at least twice a week and I'll definitely will be back. Their fall collection is my favorite.
Love this place for big girls
Some great clothes crammed into a too tiny shop front, with sometimes dismissive and bitchy sales staff.
