just went to finish line in Buckland Hills mall and was helped by the store manager John, he is by far the best customer service person I've ever been helped with! I will be back just to be helped by him.
This store does not stand by their return policy. I have tried to exchange a pair of sneakers for weeks now and they have such a scarce selection and nothing in my size through out the entire store! The manager Ian told me I was better off keeping the shoes and trying them out. Because of the high turn over ratios in these types of businesses that manager is long gone and the new training manager (who is just as rude and uninformative) that I talked to today refused to take back my purchase- even though they are brand new and only worn around my house! I am now dealing with corporate where they will be refunding my money.
:( no happy lol.
Save yourself the time and aggravation by going to a well reputable store such as Dick's.
John the store manager was great!! Had the best customer service, was really friendly, and had a great sense of humor! Really appreciated the service!
