I love shopping at Macy's. The customer service folks are the best!!! Always willing to help and just going the distance to make your shopping experience fun!!!

Do not go to this Macy’s for makeup ESPECIALLY during the holidays. They don’t have anyone available for certain counters and when trying to ask for help from any other counter they do not want to help! I suggest go to the west farms mall better customer service.
I deff recommended more employees like Patty working for Macy's.
Now...they lack style and ambiance, just like their poorly designed website.
But to be fair, they do sell clothes, shoes, and home furnishings. And so does Target and Walmart (and the quality is just about the same).
At least Target offers ambiance, and Walmart offers unbeatable/unmatched deals.
Went shopping for a long gown. The ladies who helped me were very kind and knowledgeable about the stock and prices. I found a long skirt and fancy top. Plus I received 25percent off by donating $5 to breast cancer. Thanks for your help Macy's!
