Good customers service help, prices is good.
Not too happy, went to pick up an online order that I placed for my home decor; a double curtain rob. Well, I received a email my order was ready for pick up but it was no where to be found... hahaha... yup! I believe someone stole it that works there. It's not going to grow feet and walk away. Had to re- order My item again. Never again... I will order from Mayfair next time...
Shopping here less than a week before Christmas and there was NOBODY available to help. I was at the jewelry counter and I found what I needed, but there was only one person working behind the counter helping customers. Since he was busy, I left, walked around the mall, came back, and the place was empty. No customers, and no one to help me. Honestly, 5 days before Christmas this place should be swarmed with associates willing to help. The only reason I'm giving this experience 2 stars is because they had exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to purchase it, despite waiting over a half hour for help, and I'm not exaggerating.

No sales associates to assist locating items, will stick to on line shopping.
The store is well organized, fitting rooms are clean. Overall this is a good store to shop at.
