Could not have been better ! Office help and emergency call line fantastic. Keyless key fob did not work when i went to go back into locked car! It's 6:00 am at a rest stop in South Carolina on I 95 and no one will be around until 9am. Emergency number was on fob, long story short. Called number and Hertz personal, told me how to get back into car and reset system. It was cold, dark and alone, nice to know someone can help and just say "We will be sending someone and they will be coming soon."
Very happy with service from Hertz staff. Price was great and the car was awsome. It was nice to get the type of vehicle that I requestedon't, unlike other rental companies. They tend not to do that.

Called south Windsor, they were blatantly rude. Worst customer service experience I had in my life, until we called Manchester. Refusing to pick me up (I am 13.7 miles away, their "max" is 15 miles) and refusing to work with my insurance company (with whom they have a contract with) DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, SAVE THE HEADACHE AND SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY TO GO TO ENTERPRISE.
