I DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY ANY MORE. I NEED FROM ANY ONE READ MY COMENT TO AVOID THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I AM A COSTUMER AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT MY CASE.
Much cheaper than renting at BDL. Louis is easy to work with, and is prompt. Would definitely rent again the next time we are in New England. Just need rides from the airport and you can save nearly 250$.
Charged for reserving and canceling same day. Customer service the worst. Rude and not helpful at all.

I AM STUDENT. THEY PUT ME IN BAD SITUATION AFTER THE TOOK MY MONEY.
Unfortunately they still my money and here you go with my story. I went to KFJ airport to the front desk of Budget branch and I rented Economy car for 129$ and they wrote the agreement time like this "Oct. 4th .2015 at 1:24 and return time to Hartford CT Oct. 4th 1;30 " that mean they gave me 6 minutes to return it in other city and state with 193 mills. Actually they wrote it by mistake and I return it to them in Hartford the flowing day after 2 cloak and they charge me for 237$. I spoke with them but the do not care about me. Also, I spoke with there manager via phone and asked her question " is the costumer important to you and she said YES and when I told her my story she related by the half hour that I late and I was astonished when they told me that with cold nerve and they do not consider my calling at all. they trying to convince me they were true and they said you should read the agreement clearly. But my answer was because I trust you and I am traveler guy and I rent many cars from many agencies. Who in the earth going to read the agreement after a 14 hours trip specially when he/she took a car from a company he/she thought it has a good reputation and they do not think to still his/her money.
Louis was helpful, kind and generous! He as a support staff not only helped me quickly with the paperwork but also extended the support by having one other support staff help me with the airport information I needed. Very nice experience!
