So had lunch there this past week and it was good. Got the zucchini sticks and they were delicious amd I have always enjoyed there lemonades. Love the season they keep at the table for the fries. And well obviously i got a burger... the chophouse. They made it good.
Being a chain location the most I would give it is 4 stars usually. But they only get a basic 3. And that's only becasue of past visits. Best word of advise for this location is go at an early lunch time, early dinner
That's when you get the full attention of your server and the best quality put into your food. This location tends to get busy at a later lunch time and especially dinner and well the quality of the attention goes down as they tend to drown in all the customer they have to handle later in the day.... especially in summer when the lines tend to form out the door. not to make them sound bad but they just look overwhelmed.
The food here is delicious, and definitely worth the wait. My only problem with this place is one of the waiters who was just plain extra. He had made several sarcastic remarks, maybe just to entertain my group of friends; but they just sounded down right rude.
Ordered a good amount of food for my coworkers and my self and when recieved, there was 4 strands of hair floating in our lemonade. The order was wrong, they added a lemonade. It was just horrible. Then the "manager" Mike, did nothing to accommodate me but offer me my money back for the lemonade that i never ordered to begin with.He did nothing for the order being wrong or the mop of hair that was in my food. They said it would be 15 minutes and it turned out to be 1 hour.
This waiter went as far as to misgender our OBVIOUS transgender friend, who was a female but dresses and presents himself as male. His shirt even said, “I’m transgender, so what?” But this waiter had addressed us all as ladies.
We all agreed at the business I am a manager at, to never EVER order from this Red Robin.
Nothing against Red Robin, it’s just this one waiter you guys have there. Other than that, this place is clean and serves delicious food.
Service was awful. I wish I could give the server the benefit of being busy but she wasn't. She had 2 tables and was giving lots of attention to the other table. Not sure why she had it in for us - all i ask is my food be hot (fries were super cold) and maybe check in midway for drink refills. Bun was stale. Won't be coming back to this one again. Enfield Red Robin is much better. There's a million restaurants in the area, go somewhere else.
I enjoy a friendly waiter but this guy just wanted his tip and thought he’d get it by being a bigot.
Great place to eat. Haven't been there in a while. The decor changed, the food is still great. Our waitress during our guys lunch was on it. .
