Great food but the service needs some improvement. Had numerous occasions where i felt as though I was inconveniencing the staff. Plus Limes! They serve Tex Mex and never have any limes available. Who does that?
I used to eat here ALL the time. Amazing food, good service, and they put up with my giant burritos. However that all changed when I found-I kid you not- a rock in my burrito. A ROCK. I thought it was just a burnt bean or even a small animals poop, and was flipping out. But I looked at it and dropped it. It was a rock. No squish to it, just completely solid. Luckily my tooth isn’t chipped. I will no longer- no never, go to chipotle again.
Good food at a good price. I dig the crispy tacos. Beans are way to wet for me and they are way to heavy handed with the sour cream. Hot salsa is on point, but is best for dipping chips which can be hit or miss. Service continually goes down hill after each visit. For the love of good get some better hot sauce than Tabasco. If I wanted some spicy vinegar with my tacos,.... wait, no I don't want spicy vinegar, gross.
I walked in for take out with my young son. We were greeted and helped with great enthusiasm by the crew behind the counter. It was fast and nice smooth experience. Anyone with kids knows it's hard to juggle lunch time. Thanks for the great service.
This is a decent place like any other Chipotle. It is spacious and lot of seating area. You will also find sufficient parking place in front. This place is mostly very busy and you can expect a longer wait time. I mostly order online and pick up from there, this way is convenient for me.
