Good quality, fast and filling burgers and fries. I like that the staff is friendly and attentive and that I always see them cleaning
What is wrong with this picture?
I shall not return, although your food is very good.......... I don’t want to pay $28.43 for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 orders of fries and 2 sodas!
• Let me be clear, I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DISMISSING MY INITIAL REACTION TO THE HIGH PRICE AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE ADDITIONAL FRIES AND SODA EXCESSIVE PRICES.

I became exasperated at his uncertainty and was urging him to make a decision as we were in a hurry and there were people behind us waiting to order.
HOWEVER, I DO NOT PAY $30.00 FOR “AMPLE and VERY GOOD,”
What we received:
2 orders of fries 28.43!!!!!!!!
Finally (my order was already started), he ordered and my bill was tallied and the young man gave me the total: $28.43!!
• Free toppings (at these prices it is the least you can offer)
and 2 cheeseburgers, 2 orders of fries and 2 sodas!
I've always loved there burgers. There always made with fresh beef. And you can get what ever topping put on it with whats on there menu. The price can be high but its worth it. They tend to look a little messy. But it only adds to the flavor of how delicious a burger it can be. They also have fries that you can either get plain or spicy. Also they have boxes of shelled peanuts that you can grab a pile and snack on while you wait or whole you eat your meal. Soooo good!
• There are no such thing as a small burger!! There are single burgers, double burgers, quarter pounders, etc., etc., etc.!!!
You have the right to be expensive, but be honest with the public and let them know what they are getting:
MY BAD and a lesson learned!!
Fresh cooked burgers with the quality toppings you want and peanuts while you wait. Just the thing when you want a quick burger to hit the spot.

• There was no indication on the menu that these were DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS. I did note that there were “small burgers” which I incorrectly assumed were for children!! We did not want double cheeseburgers.
As I said, we were in a rush but I did notice the cheeseburgers were pricey. However, I did not protest. To add to the hectic atmosphere, my grandson was unsure of what he wanted, was hesitant and changed his mind a few times.
On Sunday, October 1, 2017, in a rush to eat and run, my grandson and I stopped to grab a quick bite at Five Guys in Manchester,CT.06040
Bun free cheeseburger, and a vanilla milkshake with chocolate and coffee added. Perfect
I loudly exclaimed “WHAT? For 2 cheeseburgers, 2 orders of fries and 2 sodas??? I paid the bill.

Never having been at Five Guys before, my grandson remarked that he had heard Five Guys served pretty good hamburgers. There were a number of people ordering and it was a bit hectic.
In conclusion, your staff takes the brunt of your lack of transparency.
