Service was atrocious! We were seated fairly quickly and pleasantly. Our waitress finally came over to get our drink order, just water and lemonade, which came quickly enough. We ordered and eventually our food was brought over by someone else, no big deal, but our waitress never came to check on us. Never asked how the food was, nor if we needed more to drink (which we did). After eating, we had to wait about 10 minutes for her to come back and see if we wanted boxes; 10 minutes later she comes back with them and asks if we wanted dessert, told her we didn't and just wanted the check, 10 minutes later she finally makes her way back with the check. Instead of paying by card, or waiting for change, with no idea how long that would take, we left a tip we didn't want to just to be able to leave. We were there for over an hour or 1 lemonade, 2 meals, no appetizers, and no desserts. Not a place to go if you have any plans afterwards.
Honestly the resturant did not have the wow factor . Food was not that good ,coming from a lover of Italian food. A bit over priced too. The service was okay. Would not go out of my way to eat here again.
Had a nice dinner by myself. The waiter Dave was really a nice guy to chat with. Helped me figure out menu. Kept me company. Place was empty. Food was good.
The ball was dropped so bad here. The server was nice but in my opinion did not do his job well enough. We ordered the Tuscan Wings, salad and pizza.. After noticing that the people that came in after us received their meal. I asked him to check on our pizza that we ordered, he said the order was forgot by the chefs but they were putting in another one, again no pizza. We were there 2 hours. The manager came over and spoke with us. He comped our wings and salad but couldn't our wine(which we understood). He probably could've gave us a free pizza for next time but at least he apologized. The place was not busy. It's really to bad because I love the food there. I'm not sure if I'll be back.
This is quite possibly the worst dining experiences I've ever had. My party of 4 were seated right away, which was a good start. But then it took close to 15 min for anyone to come over and take our drink order. By the time a server came we had already all decided everything we wanted, so we ordered drinks, appetizers and our entrées. It took close to another 15min for our drinks to come, I actually ended up going to the bar myself for a glass of juice. 20min later we got some bread. Then finally our food came out. I ordered the lobster ravioli, which was an up charge on the $30 for dinner for 2. It was awful. One of the most disgusting things I've ever tasted. ..and it was cold. The waitress was kind enough to take it back and replace it with a different meal. The rest of the food was just mediocre. We handed our waitress our debit card to pay the check while we waited for my replacement meal(which I was getting to go at that point). The waitress took our debit card and disappeared for close to almost 30min! We watched her wait on other tables and walk around, all while having our debit card in her pocket or something. That made me incredibly nervous, I've never had a server hold my card for that long. Finally she came back with our card and told us it would be just a few more minutes for my replacement meal. We ended up just walking out after we paid and didn't even wait for our food. For the four of us our tab was $176, plus a tip. I have never felt so bad about paying for dining out. I will never return here, not even if we were offered a free meal. I definitely do not recommend.
As a side note for context: restaurant was not busy. Maybe 4-5 tables and people at the bar. Lots of servers around the place.
