Great store. Most of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. They can be short sometimes but only because the are always super busy. They probably could use more staff. Overall quality items at a decent price.

This is a great place for specific home or appliance needs they are affordable. They were busy when i was there but associates were very helpful, customer service outstanding worth paying a few pennies more than at Wally world were custmer service is none existing
The assistance i received was excellant however the policies i have to deal with have me reluctant to have carpet installed by Home Depot again. Ever. I own rental properties and chose carpet that was in stock. I am being told i would need to pick it up to get it installed quicker than if i ordered it. Hmm. They trust the contractors they hire to install to install it yet not to pick it up. They used to do it that way i am being told. Yet no more. I guess inconviencing the customer and paying additional shipping charges to have it shipped to the installer from the manufacturer is more profitable. Oh yea tgey do have a 72 hour plan where the carpet you can choose from is the same carpet but 3x more expensive yet has a nicer showcase in order to sell it. If its any consolation to Home Depot, Lowe is worse.
