Overall, the best car buying experience. I will 100% buy from them again. Art is true to his word and backs up the warranty right aaay with no issues. Highly highly recommend.
This place has the absolute worst customer service very unprofessional, the owner is the only normal one in the place, the 6.0 mechanic is honest but there absolute biggest downfall is Art. He is a horrible sales person and very inconsiderate of the customer very rude. As u told me Art yes u should sit home and watch cartoons cause u are one. Absolute unreal experience I suggest to go elsewhere

I go in for injector cups and come out with and oil leak. The mechanic contridicts every he says. One minute hes saying he didnt drive next thing hes saying it ran for 2 hours then when asked about the new oil leak he says he noticed some wetness when he was working on the injector cup. 1: what kind of mechanic doesnt mention that when he 1st views it. 2: when I picked the truck up we specifically asked if there were any leak and he tells us straight to our faces "no". Then argues with us is not leaking, "its just damp" seriously.... I had a puddle at work and it was dripping on my axle below. I tell him this and he looks in the wheel well not the area I said it was leaking on. Every single thing that came out of mechanics mouth contridicts what he says 2 minutes before. He kept changing his story to cover himself from being liable for causing an oil leak. After speaking with Mike the owner of the business. He kept threatening a lawsuit on me unless i dropped the BBB report. Then when he sent me a invoice breakdown to fix the issue that they caused I noticed something funky. In the original invoice that Greg (the mechanic) sent showing me the breakdown of a previous invoice for a job they just did for the exact same repair it shows their hourly rate as 85$ an hour. Then on the invoice that Mike provided me shows a 95$ an hour rate. The invoice for my repair doesnt give any breakdown for costs for anything. Also comparing my invoice to the original invoice given to me to show me what exactly is to be done on my truck (since according to greg it was the exact same job) they invoices do not have the same parts repaired which is the difference of the $200 they so called "saved me". To me this raises red flags. I also have text documentation showing that Greg knew about the leak but neglected to tell us until we confronted him after my truck was found with a puddle of oil underneath it. Do not bring your vehicles here. Even trying to get the truck fixed the the owner Mike is very demeaning and kept calling me "little girly" 100% disrespectful.
Literally do not buy a vehicle here they are scam artists spent 20,000 on a truck had to fight tooth and nail for them to do anything, tranny blew at 31 days and they weren't responsible, you are better off walking til you find a truck else where
