I’ve never had an experience more pleasant with a car dealership than with Fatos at Cars on Main. I said dealerships and not “used car dealerships” on purpose. His dedication to taking care of his customers even puts big lot dealerships to shame. (Looking at you Harte, Lia, etc).
My mom has recently traded her car at CARS ON MAIN. When we got there we waited for the Boss. FATOS. This man was really nice. Hopefully I will get to work there one day.

After having some conversations about a car I went to look at, we took it for a test drive. After returning to the lot I noticed a couple things that I wanted address with the vehicle. For example...the seat belt adjuster didn’t adjust and the car was devoid of floor mats. 24 hours later, both issues were promptly taken care of. I was able to finance through my credit union but he informed me that he had his fair share of financial institutions ready to help me if needed. He also hooked me up with an extended warranty that came in handy a couple of times.
6 months and 5k later and I’m still happy with my decision. If you are a sensible person who bases a lot of merit off positive interactions with people then you will not be disappointed shopping here.
Somehow my review was deleted... Bad experience , The owner Alex smelled like marijuana and looked at me like i was a piece of meat. Dealer down the street was able to help me out much better.
Had a great experience dealing with Fatos at cars on main they gave me a great price on my purchase.Fatos went over and above any other dealership to make sure my finances could meet the car he thought would work for me. I have recommended cars on main is the place to go to my family and friends.
I had one of the most amazing car buying experiences. Alex made me feel soo safe that i wasn't going to get played. He spent so many hours going over everything. I really have never met a sales person with such great manners, well spoken, and such a cutie. I really would recommend Cars on Main and Alex. My Dodge Ram feels sooo good on the road. Its so big and tough feeling. Alex really knew what to get me on. I am always going to come back to this dealer whenever i need some car loving.
