At this point we walked out of the grooming area and asked to speak with the manager. No one ever came.

I am so happy we bought our Maine Coon Cat there....! We are so pleased with the groomers there... They get 6 stars from me.

Could not find a cat groomer so I seen pet smart grooms cats...

I have been here many times before, mainly to purchase supplies. This time I went in to see the cats, because I was planning to adopt one as an emotional support animal. I HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEM. But this week, an employee told me that the Pet Specialist was tied up and would be with me in a few minutes. I ended up waiting 45 minutes and went to another employee; She was very rude and told me that "I can't just go in and play with the cats, I have to go to an adoption event" she proceeded to tell me that the Pet Specialist would be with me shortly, I waited another 20 minutes and ended up leaving. PETSMART HAS LOST A CUSTOMER WHO TYPICALLY SPENDS AROUND $50 A WEEK THERE. I am so disgusted with the service I received; and I will not be back.

BEWARE! My wife made an appointment for both of our dogs today to be groomed. When we arrived we were told there would be an additional 3 hour wait. What is the point of an appointment if it means nothing. Then we were offered a bump to the head of the line option which would only increase our bill by $7 for each dog. We agreed to the additional amount since we did not want to leave our dogs with them for the additional hours. Once the dogs were finished we received our bill. Each dog was charged $11 instead of the $7 which we were told. When we questioned the additional charge she said sorry I miss quoted you.

I don't actually buy any products here, however they do have a dog nail clipping service that is pretty good. My doggo can be a real jerk about getting his nails trimmed so rather than struggle with it at home I'm alright with paying so have some one else do it. Plus they grind/file off all the rough edges afterward. Staff is super friendly and my dog always enjoys his end of visit treat.

Myself and family will not be returning. Made some changes to my bearded dragon after a few years, at the advice of personal here. Had new lights for a few days, and my Bearded guy ended up passing. I went back after only 2 days to return the items I bought and was given noting but an attitude. I didnt blame anyone. They refused to take the items back, even though a call to customer service said items should have been allowed to be returned. To make it worse, the manager took the items from my site and came back to tell me they didnt work. At this point she was already as rude as could be, and I told her she was wrong. But if they didnt work then I would like to return them for being defective. Cops ended being called when SHE refused to actually give me my items back, or a return. Cops got my items back. I called customer service, and waited 2 weeks only to have another person from the store to call me and tell me they were not going to do anything about it. The district manager did not even have the time to call to address how rude his manager was. In either case, A refund is not the problem as there are other avenues to retain a refund. It is not about the money, it is about how someone who is treated, specially a day after they lost a pet, how a store does not honor its policies (which is fraud), and how their higher ups could careless. Oh and i plugged in the bulbs when I got home, and they worked fine. Brand new in the box still, 2 days old. Manager is terrible, you know you have a problem when your own employees kept coming up to me during this whole incident and apologizing for how the poor excuse of a manager was handling it.
