Was looking for a recumbent bike for our gym and had been looking for a while when we happened upon Bob's Ultimate Fitness Superstore in Manchester. "Bobfucius" showed us the options, explained the differences with the models, and patiently encouraged us to try out one unit after another. He simultaneously juggled multiple customers without any of us feeling neglected. And when he saw we were undecided between two different units, he asked if a previous customer's recommendation would help. That level of service was unexpected, but remarkably refreshing. He called the other customer and actually placed me on the phone with him and walked away -- letting me ask whatever questions I needed about the unit we considered buying. Quite frankly, this humanistic approach to the endeavor eased our minds, raised our confidence that we selected a good product, and made purchasing the equipment from Bob a total pleasure. People can buy products online or from other resellers, but if you do not talk with Bob first, you are doing yourself a disservice by not giving him a chance to show you the Ultimate Fitness Superstore differemce. I would (and likely will) buy again from Bob without reservation!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I purchased a water rower from Bob and he was absolutely great from the moment I called to the moment my water rower was delivered! He asked why we were looking for a water rower in particular, was helpful and listened to the things that my husband and I were interested in (aesthetics, adjustable resistance, low-impact machines, etc), and made wonderful recommendations based on that. He sold us an absolutely beautiful rower which perfectly suits our needs, at a price that absolutely couldn't be beat. He even assembled the unit for us and brought it to my home, since we didn't have a vehicle big enough to fit it in! An absolutely wonderful experience, Bob went above and beyond for us- and you can bet that we will be using Ultimate Fitness Superstore for all of our future gym equipment purchases!
