Very overpriced, they wanted 425.00 just to swap out my faucet,I purchased a new one.had it the for them to just install it.oh hell nol told them I'd find somone cheaper

Called to diagnose leak in downstairs shower and address some other very minor plumbing issues at my rental property. Guy they sent admits that he mostly fixes clogged drains, and though he's a plumber he doesn't do this kind of plumbing. Well then why did they send you? Then he quoted me 500 plus parts to replace a faucet which may or may not fix the problem. Then 1200 to replace a price pfister tub system with a single knob, but wasn't sure if that would fix the leak issue that he wasn't able to diagnose. Then another 500 to snake two drains. Buyer beware, these people are trying to upsell you, get another opinion. What a bunch of crooks!!! Oh, and he showed up 90 minutes after the very pleasant girl in the office (and I mean that sincerely, Tamika was a pleasure to speak with, and was the only thing making this review two stars) said he was on his way.
Unlicensed characters of every ilk who are a complete hacks sent out to give free estimates but will then Lie and tell you your line needs to be dug up and every other thing they can think of to steal money from you. Every location has the same method of operation. I have property in several locations and it doesn't matter which office you call. Then if you confront the The service man they'll start acting like they don't speak English. I sincerely wondered if they recruit these guys from Eastern Europe telling them this is their ticket to success.

I am glad I did because my old faucet had leaked more than I had realized and was quite corroded underneath. The old faucet needed to be cut off due to corrosion, so what I thought would have been an easy fix was a little more complicated and involved than I had anticipated.
