Very friendly, kind and great experience. The room was comfortable & clean. The grounds were nicely maintain and offered a pool, basketball court and pet area.The rooms were quiet and welcoming. The breakfast looked good, although I never tired it. The website said pet friendly, but no cost disclosed until we booked, which was nonrefundable. Cost for pet was an additional $100. I probably would have thought twice about bringing my family member with me for one night. For the additional cost, I would have appreciated a busy treat, toy. etc for her to feel comfortable at home too. The room was great, but old soap was left in the bathtub. There was no luggage racks, make up mirror and only 2 face clothes. Overall, good experience and I would recommend it, I but might try another hotel in the future.
Outstanding place to stay for one night or several. Clean, quiet (except for being on the room next to the elevator), nicely stocked kitchenette. Very pleasant hskging staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet and evening activities. Will definitely stay here again when visiting my daughter. Dog friendly, too.
This appears to be the nicest hotel option in the immediate area. The room was a suite which was great for isolating the bedroom from the kitchen and living room area. However, some of the fixtures (electrical and plumbing) were installed in odd ways which isn't a big deal, just made the appear to be in need of a detailed inspection. The rooms were quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of commerce in the area was convenient.
We booked this hotel day of, and didn’t arrive until after 10pm. They upgraded us no extra cost. Clean, good breakfast spread (ice coffee and nondairy milk!) the suite had a gas fireplace in the living area (amazing during a snowy night in December!) friendly staff, everyone said good-morning. Would stay again.
Very satisfied by free breakfast buffet. Would have liked more healthy options but what was there was adequate and I was able to fill my belly.
