Great service at Michael's on a busy Saturday in December. Excellent balance from the associate when it came to letting me browse and hovering. To often in jewelry stores do I feel the associate hovering over me which feels uncomfortable and a pusher technic. I would recommend anyone to Michael's for their Pandora or Jewelry needs.
