We bought the new iPhone X here. I'm not a fan of our products but my dad wanted one. The sales people were very helpful and very patient with me. You really couldn't ask for more. The customer service focus of Best Buy is bested by no one. If you have questions or don't know what to do Best Buy is definitely the place to go for buying Electronics.

Staff were so unreasonable. I got a laser toy for Christmas that costed fifty dollers and because when we opened it from wrapping it got part of the tape off considering that it wasn't even. We got managers and they said the same thing without caring about how it happened. We've spent hundreds of dollers here and they've now lost a huge customers. Our family will never be shopping here again.

$160 to drive 2 miles, missed 2 appts and their idea of compensation is $25 to spend in their store.. reconsider making purchases from best buy. They will not treat you as a valued customer.

Haven't been in the store in a year or so as I had no interest. Went in with my boys to pick up a basic pc game controller. Was pleasantly surprised at the changes. New products, new layouts, good product selection, prices and help from staff. Well done.

I work for a large company and they utterly failed to meet expectations that they had set and were unable to make reasonable accomdations. In fact they stated they wouldn't discuss any type of compensation until delivery. Basically they wanted to wait til we were stuck with the machine before telling us our time, inconvience was worth $25. Despicable. They truly are a big box store that doesn't care about the people that purchase products from their store. Cancelled my transaction and will cancel my best buy acct/card..

If you know what to buy and some background of the product, it is a good place. Need to catch hold of right person to get more information. Not all the staffs can assist. Still I give 4 stars as they have a demo products for most of them.

Horrible customer service. Failed to meet expectations. Purchased a dishwasher, which included a $160 delivery fee. My fiance missed work for the first appointment which they changed without communicating. They then missed a 2nd appointment which I had to miss a work event for. The driver even called at 4pm to say he was ahead of schedule and would be arriving between 6 and 630pm. Never showed. The delivery window was 4-8, I called the store at 830 and they told me to call the driver. It's not my job to track their employees. They then wanted to schedule a 3rd appointment for 12/3 which we had plans to host a dinner on. We live 2 miles from best buy and for $160 charge their idea of compensation was $25.
