8 registers, 2 cashiers Sunday before a minor holiday. I'm returning 1 item, tags still on it, never worn, purchased less than a week ago. Bf waiting in the car with engine running because this transaction should take less then 5 minutes. I won't go into details because I've explained the situation... Took 20 minutes! Also, not the first time this exact thing has happened at this VS. Just drive the extra 15 minutes and go to the one in West Farms. In the end you will save time.
The store is really nice (appearance wise) and the staff is always super helpful.
