Awful experience! I have visited the salon a couple of times earlier and it was good. But the stylist I had this time was totally incompetent!!
I just wanted my hair to be layered, nothing complex. Not only did she cut my hair 4 inches shorter, when I had explicitly asked not to shorten the length at all; but also the cut she gave makes my hair look like a puppy-tail.
